'जागल' हे मुख्यत: साहित्य, चित्र, शिल्प, नाटक, सिनेमा यासारख्या ललित कलांना वाहिलेलं एक जर्नल आहे. यासोबतच समकालीन सामाजिक प्रश्न देखील 'जागल'च्या माध्यमातून अधोरेखित केले जातील. 'जागल' हे विवेकी आणि मानवतावादी विचारांशी आणि लोकतांत्रिक मुल्यांशी बांधिलकी जपणारं जर्नल आहे. एवढाच या जर्नलचा जीव. हे अव्यावसायिक जर्नल आहे.
'जागल' मुख्यतः साहित्य, चित्रकला, शिल्पकला, नाटक, सिनेमा जैसी ललित कलाओं को समर्पित एक जर्नल है। इसके साथ ही, समकालीन सामाजिक मुद्दों को भी ‘जागल’ के माध्यम से उजागर किया जाएगा। ‘जागल’ एक ऐसा जर्नल है जो विवेकी और मानवतावादी विचारों तथा लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध है। यही इस जर्नल की आत्मा है। यह एक अव्यावसायिक जर्नल है।

At the same time, it brings contemporary social issues into focus. ‘Jagal’ stands as a publication committed to thoughtful, humanistic perspectives and democratic values. This essence forms the very soul of the journal. It is a non-commercial, independent journal.
